More About this Video: (continued from above)

However, Jesus had compassion on the people and said, “Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God” (Luke 18:16). Jesus loved the children and their innocence. He taught us that we should be more like children. Little children are believing, innocent, loving and forgiving. They don’t hold grudges for long and they are very trusting.

If Jesus took time to be with the little children and showed His love for them, we should do the same. Young children desperately need and yearn for time with their parents, older sibling, aunts and uncles, grandparents and other older people in their lives. More important than career and public accolades is the raising of our children. If we really want to make a difference in the world, we shouldn’t focus so much on our career where our contributions will be, for the most part, forgotten not long after we leave. However, as we influence our children and grandchildren, we make a huge difference for generations. The family is the fundamental unit of society, and if we impact our family for good, we make a difference eternally. Let us spend more quality and quantity time with children and make a difference in the world for good.
